Hey All...

I have some updates that aren't exactly good...

We have been having a lot of trouble with the district with getting the kicking wall passed. They don't want us doing it as a
"memorial" and since that's how we started it being, it doesn't look like they are going to let us construct it. So we are trying to
figure out our other options such as doing it through Westminster or Broomfield city and see where we can get from there. SO if
you know someone high up in the district, you should be a little bird in their ear and let them know how IMPORTANT this is to
do this for us and for Chris.

We are still planning on doing the soccer tournament it may just be a little later then it was last year. The guy we did it through
at the indoor place won't be there until June, so we are trying to work that out. If that doesn't work out, I still would like to do
maybe a 3v3 tournament or something. It's not about the money... it's about getting together in rememberance of Chris. This year
I plan on involving some other fundraiser sort of things with the tournament such as collecting money for soccer balls for kids in
other countries or collecting extra soccer gear and sending that off.

Good news is that we are starting the scholarship up again and for those of you involved in soccer at the high school, the
application will be at the school soon. This is a great opportunity for you seniors to get an extra $1000 for school.

We do have some bracelets if anyone would like some, just let me know.

Thank you all for your continuing love and support. As the days go on we still need all of you and are thankful for you words
and encouragement.

Our hopes are that my family can keep everyone updated on the money we have raised, the kicking wall
and scholarships fund. This will also be a central place of information for the soccer tournament of
2010.

We are deeply touched by the willingness of people to make all of this possible and to keep the legacy of
my brother alive.  

My family and I can not even begin to express how thankful we are for each and everyone of you.
