The tournament was such a great success! We were able to raise over $5000! Imagine the possibilities in the
upcoming years that we continue to do the soccer tournament.

Thank you so much to everyone who was involved in the tournament as well as donated money, time, silent
auction stuff, and support.  We appreciate it so very much.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • 10-12 people per team. 5-6 people for 3v3 teams.
  • All money needs to be turned in when the registration form is turned it.
  • Please make checks payable to: Christopher Reagan Memorial Fund
  • In the 3v3 division, we made it so the younger kids can still have a chance to play but it will be on the small field.  That
    way we can accommodate all the players.
  • SPECIAL REQUESTS: Please when filling out the form, if you have special requests such as league game times or
    work/school times please put that on the registration form so getting the schedule together will be easier.
